Cant connect ios and HC05

I am quite new to this connection stuff.
I have made an solution as example 1. Blink a LED via bluetooth!
Set the configuration as descriped.
Doubbled checked the wireing many times.
Copied the code and installed the library.
Uploaded the code to the arduino.
Installed the remotexy app and tryed to connect to Bluetooth LE.
Under new BLE devices I Get a line saying: Discovered bluetooth LE devices.
And nothing happens. No botton on the screen

In the video it seems to exist another bluetooth connection ( the upper one) but i do not get this on my app.

How can i connect?
Is there something i have done wrong ?
