Topic: Example won't work for me

Using the Example for Arduino Uno and ESP8266.  Can connect phone to the access point 'RemoteXY', then when trying to open RemoteXY it says 'Connecting' till the phone finally disconnects and reconnects to my router.  Tried with two different ESP8266 Modules.  Serial monitor looks ok.  Have a Google Pixel 3 Phone with Android version 10.  This also did not work when I had Android version 9.  Steps: load Arduino, start serial monitor, connect phone to RemoteXY, the open RemoteXY, then +, then WiFi Point, then RemoteXY.  then it says connecting and dies.

Well, found the problem.  My Pixel had to be told to stay connected to RemoteXY even though there is no internet access...kind of a kick in the butt that this had to be set.  Now works great as Hardserial at least.
