It's possible, but you have to modify remotexy modules.

Look here for an example where I modified the wifi module http://forum.remotexy.com/viewtopic.php?pid=2150#p2150.

Simply modify the bluetooth module similarly, then in your sketch you will be able to create two objects of those modified classes.
