Topic: I can no longer access my account

Whenever I try to log in to my account, the message email address or password is unknown. Both the entered email address and the password are correct (previously noted).As a result, I no longer have access to my saved projects. I have already clicked on the 'Forgot password' on the login screen. But no mail to me to reactivate my password. What can I do?
