Topic: For Control of LED Matrix Display

I want to control 8*32 LED matrix display by remote XY using bluetooth. When I sent a text from smartphone it displaying in LED display in sliding nature. So give me arduino uno program and Remote XY graphical design. Also sent the circuit diagram.
