I want buy a subscription for IOS app and I have the message : Licence serveur connection error.

Go to http://licensing.remotexy.com/ using brouser in your IOS device. You can see the message "Server is available".
If you do not see this message, then there is no Internet access.
If you see this message, try buying the subscription again.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I have the message "Server is available" with your link. But when buying, at Log In, with my RemoteXY account, I always have the message "Licence serveur connection error", even when I try to create un new RemoteXY account...
I have an old iPad Under iOS 9.3.5, and RemoteXY for iPad 1.4.1, perhaps it will be a problem ?
I will try with a recent iPhone or iPad in the next days.

Check the current date set on your old device. If the date is different from the real one, the connection to the server does not work

Hi, I've the same problem, how can risolve?
iPad 2 iOS 9.35, app version 1.4.1, device correctly online, date and time correctly refresh.
if I try with " http://licensing.remotexy.com/" and is correctly aviable.
During the purchase I can't login in because app present me an error (Licence serveur connection error).
Exactly like the error of this post.
