Can I connect Many ESP's to Remote XY in the same interface? If yes what is the max number of ESP's can be connected at the same time?

You can have only one ESP for one RemoteXY interface.

If that's feasible in your project, you can have one master ESP with a RemoteXY interface, and all other ESP communicate with this master.
