Topic: connection refused

Hi all  I am new to this forum .....!

I have developed a simple App with two buttons for turning led ON/OFF. LEDs are mounted to arduino Pins. when i go to MOBILE App and connect to wifi it runs a log.
when i connect it shows connection refused port number "abc" from port "xyz" please i am stuck help me with this
