Topic: arduino uno/ esp8266 communicatin

hello guys, i used remote xy for my first project on my arduino/esp  and it worked properly, and i tried few hours ago to upload a new project but the esp still has the same network ssid and passowrd of the old project and when i try to connect to the interface app on my phone it tells me "ECONNrefused"

Im a novice so take any suggestions with a grain of salt. Does you board have wifi on board?
If your board is the same as mine there are a series of small jumpers. 1&2 on lets the two parts the communicate buttons 3&4 are use to programme the uno. Buttons 5&6 let you monitor the wifi section. When you want to programme the wifi you need to tur on the 7 th button.
