I am using remotexy free version, the commands I send are processed in 10-20 seconds.

control only one pin with switch

That is not much info.
Most likely your issue is network related (your router, or distance, or interference, etc.) as RemoteXY is very fast with all the different devices I use. Even my random LED matrix, which pushes the limits of speed.
