quisiera poner una ventana de streaming dentro de mi aplicacion para mover una camara con servomotores, alguien ha hecho algo similar?

Not possible.
The best you could do with RemoteXY, is to have a big grid of small RGB LEDs, each LED being a pixel of your camera image... It will be slow and ugly, but theorically it will work.
