App store of some country can not find this app.

This is a win -win situation. I plan to integrate this app in my project which will be sold in my country. This will generate a lot of downloads for a pro version. But, i've found that an iOS version is not available in my countries' app store. Do you have policy to add the app to a specific countries' app store. Can we communicate via email.
