Heeeeelp!

I have a float Switch, and a ESP8266 12E
I need help with programming...I need the virtual LED to light up when the switch makes.

When the Switch Closes, I want to see it on my phone.

I'm new at this. I see all kinds of vids on controlling led's but have found none that show how to use them to monitor. (On the Phone).

Can someone help me step-by-step?
